HFS has term loans up to 20 years! This give you flexibility and low monthly payments. There are no prepayment penalties.
In most cases, HFS is able to offer an additional 20% of your Kitchens Rx project total. This additional 20% can be used for new appliances purchased from any retailer of your choice.
Once your loan is approved, the funds will be sent directly to you. At this point, you are able to write checks for each phase of the project.
